What this covers
This policy applies to resortbands.com and to the enquiry form on it. It does not cover any other website, whoever operates it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: property name, your name, your email address, the band and quantity you are asking about, the lock or point-of-sale system if you tell us, and any free-text detail you add. There is no account, no login and no newsletter.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or third-party analytics that build a profile of you. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry and, if it becomes an order, to run that order. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and performance of a contract once there is one.
Who sees it
The people handling your enquiry, and the manufacturing partner producing your run — the latter only where they need it to make and ship the goods. We do not sell enquiry data, share it for marketing, or pass it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after 24 months. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@resortbands.com and we will action it within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is held in access- controlled systems and is not stored on this website.
Trade marks
All third-party marks are the property of their respective owners. Any reference indicates compatibility only and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Who operates this site
For any question about this notice, or to exercise any of the rights above, write to hello@resortbands.com and it will reach the person responsible for enquiry data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not apply changes retrospectively to data already collected.
