Resort Bands supplies wristbands to resorts, hotels, beach clubs and the events they host. There are three constructions in seven substrates, and there is no plan for a fourth construction. Everything we make goes around a wrist, and that limit is the reason the specification advice is worth anything.

Why three

A wristband supplier with a hundred product lines is a catalogue business, and catalogue businesses answer questions with options. Most properties do not want options. They want to know which band survives their season, what it costs at their volume, and when it lands. Three products means we can give a single recommendation and stand behind it.

How we quote

On the specification, not on the enquiry. If a paper band does the job, we will say so, even though a silicone run is worth more per unit. A band that fails halfway through a season costs us the reorder and costs you the guest complaints, so there is no version of this where over-specifying is good business.

What we do not do

We do not install lock systems, we do not sell the point-of-sale software a cashless band talks to, and we do not take a position on which of those you should run. We make the credential and encode it to whatever you already have. That narrowness is the whole offer.

Where the bands are made

Production runs through established card and wristband manufacturing partners rather than a facility of our own. That is why the lead times on the services page are honest about counting from artwork approval — the queue is real, and building a schedule around a fiction helps nobody.
