ResortBands

Wristbands for resorts, hotels and events

The credential every guest wears for the whole stay.

Depending on how it is specified, a band can open the room, carry a bar tab against the folio, or simply identify a guest to staff. We print it, encode it to the scheme we confirm with you, and ship it ready to issue.

  • Runs from 500
  • Seven substrates
  • 12–21 day production
  • Samples before you commit
Artwork proofA print-ready proof on the actual band shape, with the numbering position marked, before anything is produced.
Compatibility confirmationYour lock system, credential technology and encoding requirements confirmed in writing before a run is quoted.
Encoding recordFor RFID runs, the transponder type and the sequential block ranges recorded and supplied with the delivery.
Batch documentationMaterial declaration and quantity reconciliation per carton, so a partial delivery is still auditable.

Three constructions, seven substrates

Start with how long it stays on a wrist.

That one question settles most of the specification. A band for a day guest and a band for a fortnight are different products, and choosing by price rather than by wear period is the most expensive mistake in this category.

Band 01

Paper wristbands

Tyvek, tamper-evident, single use. For day passes, festivals and anything that ends the same evening.

  • Tyvek synthetic paper, 250 µm
  • Minimum run 500 bands
  • 12 days production, after artwork approval

Band 02

Silicone wristbands

Debossed or screen-printed. Unaffected by chlorine and sun cream, which is what actually ends most bands.

  • Solid moulded silicone, 100%
  • Minimum run 500 bands
  • 18 days production, after artwork approval

Band 03

RFID wristbands

Access, a bar tab, or guest identification — whichever the band is specified for. Encoded to your confirmed scheme before dispatch.

  • Silicone, woven fabric, or coated paper
  • Minimum run 500 bands
  • 21 days production, after artwork and technical approval
Sealed transponder pocket — woven construction

Compatibility

It works with your lock system once we have confirmed it.

You are not replacing your access control. Where a band carries a transponder, it is supplied encoded to the scheme we agree with you, in sequential blocks, so the front desk issues them straight from the box with nothing to program on arrival.

We work at 13.56 MHz across entry, standard and high-security HF transponders, and at 125 kHz where a property still runs a low-frequency estate.

We do not claim universal compatibility

Compatibility is subject to confirmation of your lock system, credential technology and encoding requirements.

Send the make and model of your lock system, and a spare card or band if you have one. If we cannot meet a proprietary or closed system, we will say so before you order.

Manufacturing

Six steps, and only two need anything from you.

Typical production time is 12–21 days by material, counted from artwork and technical approval. Transit is additional and depends on destination and shipping mode.

01

Specification

You describe the property and the wear period. We return one recommendation and the reason for it, usually within a day.

02

Artwork

Send a brand guide, a logo, or a photograph of last season’s band. We return a print-ready proof on the real band shape.

03

Technical confirmation

For RFID runs we confirm your lock system, credential technology and encoding scheme in writing before quoting.

04

Production

Typically 12 days paper, 18 silicone, 21 RFID — counted from artwork and technical approval, not from the purchase order.

05

Delivery

Boxed in counted blocks with the range marked per carton, so a partial delivery is still usable and auditable.

06

Reorder

Artwork and encoding stay on file, so a repeat run skips straight to production.

Where they are used

The product barely changes. The job does.

What changes between these is how long the band stays on, how wet it gets, and whether it has to open anything — and those three answers decide the whole specification.

Materials & documentation

Seven substrates, and the paperwork to go with them.

Tyvek, silicone, woven polyester, coated paper, recycled PET, vinyl and seamless elastic knit. Each behaves differently against salt water, chlorine and sun cream — which is what ends most wristbands early at a beach property.

What ships with an order

  • Material declaration for the substrate supplied
  • Transponder type and encoding record, for RFID runs
  • Batch and quantity reconciliation per carton
  • Recycled content statement where applicable

FSC-certified material options available with supporting production documentation.

500 bands per artwork, mixed colours counted as one run. Samples are free for one set per property, and we cover standard shipping to a business address. Additional sets, express shipping and custom-printed samples are quoted separately.

No obligation · reply within one working day

Send us the property and the season length.
